Our Capabilities

Our team works with various types of source data: from technical drawings to photos of real models. We will create an accurate, print-ready model regardless of complexity.

    3D Modeling from a Drawing

Have a technical drawing in PDF or DWG format? We’ll quickly convert it into a complete 3D model for printing, considering all dimensions and geometry. This is the most accurate option for engineering parts.

  • icon 21
    3D Modeling from a Sketch

Even a simple hand-drawn sketch can become the basis for a model. You share the idea — we turn it into a real 3D object that can be printed, tested, or put into production.

    3D Modeling from a Photo

No drawing or sketch, but have a photo of the part you need? A few shots from different angles are enough for our engineers to recreate the model with precise dimensions.

3D Modeling from a Physical Sample

Have a physical sample? Send it to us — we’ll digitize, model, and prepare it for printing. Perfect for reproducing rare or discontinued parts.

Workflow

  • 01 Free Consultation

We study the task, analyze requirements, and help formulate the technical specifications.

  • 02 Complexity & Time Estimate

We provide a detailed cost and time estimate before starting the modeling process.

  • 03 3D Model Creation

We model the part in a CAD environment, taking into account geometry, strength, and MJF technology compatibility.

  • 04 Model Optimization (if needed)

We check if the geometry can be improved, weight reduced, or printing stability enhanced.

  • 05 Delivery of Final Files

We provide the final files in STL format or any other production-ready format.

  • 06 MJF Printing

We queue the model for production and print it on industrial HP Jet Fusion 3D printers.

We Print on HP Multi Jet Fusion Printers

The Multi Jet Fusion technology is perfect for single prints, prototypes, and serial production. Parts come out strong, with an ideal surface and precise dimensions. No molding, no complex post-processing — just results. We work with the following materials: PA12, PA12S, PA12W, and TPU. These provide a wide range of properties — from flexibility to high heat resistance and a smooth finish.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do you offer NDA or confidentiality for orders?

Yes, we work with confidential data and can sign an NDA if needed. Your drawings and models will not be shared with third parties.

  • Can I receive the model for my own use or storage?

Yes, we provide files in STL, F3D, or other formats upon request — suitable for printing or further editing.

  • Can you optimize a model for 3D printing?

Yes, we adapt models for specific printing technologies, taking into account material properties, part orientation, and geometry optimization.

  • How long does it take to create a 3D model?

On average, the process takes 3–7 days, depending on the complexity of the part.

  • What file formats do you accept for 3D model creation?

We work with drawings in PDF and DWG formats, images (JPG, PNG), as well as hand-drawn sketches or photos. We do not accept STL or OBJ as input, since we create models from scratch.

*The assessment of the cost and feasibility of metal printing is based on several factors — not only the weight (volume) of the part, but also its geometry, the complexity of post-processing, and other technological parameters. Therefore, the preparation of the estimate may take longer than the usual 30–60 minutes, extending to several hours or even up to two working days. In addition, since the production facility is located outside Ukraine, it is important to consider all relevant logistics factors.
