HP PA 12 W (Polyamide) for 3D Printing

HP PA 12 W is a high-density thermoplastic with excellent mechanical properties and a robust part structure. Its white color is easily customizable through painting, coating, and other finishing techniques, making it ideal for producing finished products tailored to aesthetic and functional requirements.

Where the Material is Used

Applications in key industries where precision, durability, and surface smoothness are critically important. The material enables stable production of complex parts with predictable quality.

  • Medical Applications

Provides precise geometric parameters and the smoothness required for creating prosthetic components. The material’s stability reduces the risk of deformations and enhances compliance with medical standards for sterility and biocompatibility.

  • Industry

Ideal for functional prototypes, tools, and equipment. Its robust structure minimizes the formation of microcracks, ensures the durability of products, and maintains stable shapes even during extended use.

  • Consumer Goods

HP PA 12 W is perfect for manufacturing products with high aesthetic requirements, such as lighting fixtures, decorative elements, and device housings. The white color of the material simplifies painting and other finishing processes. Consistent print quality enables easy scaling of production for serial product release.

Painting Products Black

Without additional processing, the details have a gray, rough surface. Therefore, the products can be painted black after printing. This is an inexpensive and fast way to get parts with a quality finish.

*The assessment of the cost and feasibility of metal printing is based on several factors — not only the weight (volume) of the part, but also its geometry, the complexity of post-processing, and other technological parameters. Therefore, the preparation of the estimate may take longer than the usual 30–60 minutes, extending to several hours or even up to two working days. In addition, since the production facility is located outside Ukraine, it is important to consider all relevant logistics factors.
