Products may be delivered with delays as Nova Poshta is operating under difficult logistics conditions. You can check the addresses of working parcel drop-off points at Nova Poshta’s official website.

If you are unable to find an address where you can conveniently receive your package, we can print the product and store it in our warehouse free of charge until the situation in Ukraine stabilizes.
