HatchTech is a company engaged in the development and design of incubators for chick growth.
Customer’s Problem
To start serial production of some incubator elements, the client needed to print a test batch of 50 parts. After choosing the appropriate option, it was planned to produce the parts on an injection molding machine. Therefore, the finished products had to be as accurate as possible.
Solution
The company’s engineers turned to Makerly and provided the necessary 3D models. The parts were printed on the industrial HP Jet Fusion 5210 line using polyamide PA 12 and thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU). The materials and printing technology make it possible to create strong parts of any geometric complexity with a resolution of 1200 DPI and a layer thickness of 80 µm.
Result

The customer received the complete set of test samples within 5 working days. Thanks to Makerly, the company managed to save time and money on creating high-quality prototypes before their mass production.
