Client’s problem
A company specializing in the repair and maintenance of power tools needed two sets of electric screwdriver handles. Since these parts were not available on the market, the client decided to 3D print them using FDM. However, the resulting components did not meet the required quality standards and deformed after two months of use.
Problem solution
The client turned to Makerly 3D Printing for help. The parts were printed on an industrial HP Jet Fusion 5210 line using PA 12 nylon. This material and the printing technology allow for the production of components with any geometric complexity while remaining resistant to mechanical stress, moisture, and chemical exposure.
Result

The required parts were printed within 10 days. They fully met the client’s technical requirements and withstood the stresses of regular use. Thanks to Makerly 3D Printing, the client now has the ability to independently manufacture scarce, high-quality components in a short time.
