Customer’s Problem
The client needed a flashlight holder for car repair work. The finished product had to be strong and resistant to thermal loads and chemical exposure. The customer had tried various 3D printing technologies, but none of them provided the required quality.
Solution
The representatives of the car service station turned to Makerly for help and provided a sample of the product. Based on this part, an STL model was created and printed on the industrial HP Jet Fusion 5210 line using MJF technology. Polyamide PA 12 S was used as the printing material. This technology and material allow for manufacturing high-quality parts with a smooth surface. The resulting components are resistant to mechanical, thermal, and chemical loads.
Result

The part was printed and processed within 3 working days. The client received the required product, which was fully compliant with the technical specifications for proper and long-lasting operation.
