Customer’s problem
A company involved in the manufacture and repair of strikeball equipment needed to produce five sets of parts. The products, measuring 110 x 60 x 27 mm, had to be robust and resistant to mechanical stress. The manufacturer produces these items in complete sets and it is very difficult to find them at retail. The customer tried FDM-printing of the parts, but the quality of the finished items did not meet specifications.
Problem solution
The customer approached Makerly 3D Printing for help and provided a finished 3D model of the product. The part sets were printed on an HP Jet Fusion 5210 industrial line using PA12 polyamide. The technology and material allow you to create products that are repeatable of any geometric complexity and with high detail, as well as with resistance to moisture, chemical reagents and mechanical stress.
Result

Five sets of items were printed within six working days. The finished products were durable and fully compliant with all customer specifications. Thanks to Makerly 3D Printing, the customer was able to save time and money on the production of components, as well as facilitate the process of repairing the equipment.
