Customer’s problem
The customer required a set of unique parts and components. The finished products had to be durable, strong, and resistant to environmental influences. This was a one-off production that was costly and time consuming.
Solution to the problem
To produce the components, the customer turned to Makerly 3D Printing for help. The required products were printed on the HP Jet Fusion 5210 industrial line using PA12 polyamide. The high-precision technology enables the creation of complex and highly detailed parts, and thanks to the material, the products are durable, reliable, resistant to moisture and ultraviolet light.
Result
The parts were printed, machined, and painted black. The production time for the component set was 7 business days. Thanks to Makerly 3D Printing, the customer received finished products that fully met their technical requirements and also saved them time and money.
