Medicover in Ukraine is the homonymous affiliate of the European company founded in 1995. The company provides reliable, convenient, and comprehensive medical care for adults and children, adhering to high quality standards.
Customer’s problem
The company needed a set of products to replace an original medical device part that was no longer available. The holders, measuring 260x30x30mm and in quantities of two, needed to be printed in a short period of time. The final products had to be durable and wear-resistant.
Problem solution
The customer contacted Makerly 3D Printing and provided a 3D model of the required products. The set was printed on an HP Jet Fusion 5210 industrial line using PA12 polyamide. The technology and material allow printing durable products with high detail.
Result
The holder set was printed and shipped to the customer within 7 working days. The finished products were fully compliant with the required specifications. Thanks to Makerly 3D Printing, the customer received the scarce parts within a short period of time.
